Working principle
The dewatering screen adopts dual-motor self-synchronization technology. The motors coordinate with a universal eccentric and adjustable amplitude vibrator. When the two motors start to work, the vibrators move reversely at the same time. The centrifugal forces are generated by the eccentric blocks will superpose themselves and form a single direction vibration. The high-frequency vibration drives the screen to move back and forth in line repeatedly. So the sand can be dehydrated and filtered.

Working principle
The electric motor drives a gear unit that turns the bucket wheel at a design speed in a clockwork direction. The sand and stone flow into washing launder from feeding launder, rolling with the bucket wheel, and grinding/rubbing with each other together with strong water flow.
